Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Nourish Lane Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Valid from 01 October 2020 

1. The Nourish Lane Loyalty Program is issued by and remains the property of Nourish Lane Pty Ltd ACN 632 188 508.

2. Application for, and/or use of the Nourish Lane Loyalty Program, is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Earning Points and Bonus Points

3. Nourish Lane Loyalty Rewards Points will be earned on all “eligible purchases”, this includes all purchases made excluding products we deem and advertise as being excluded and products where the grant of points would be otherwise prohibited by law.

4. A minimum of $1 must be spent in a single purchase to accrue points, which will be earned at a ratio of 0.03 points for every $1 spent (on eligible purchases.)

5. Bonus points may be offered from time to time at Nourish Lane’s discretion during special promotions on selected products or services.

6. Points and Bonus Points (if any) are valid for a consecutive 12- month period and until the member qualifies for a Nourish Lane Loyalty Program voucher or the points are dealt with otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

7. Loyalty points can be earned online on eligible purchases at www.nourishlane.com.au.

8. For any refunds on eligible purchases, the amount of points accrued at the time of purchase will be deducted from your points balance.

9. To earn points on a purchase, the member must be identified at the time of the purchase by advising they are a part of the Nourish Lane Loyalty Program otherwise, the transaction cannot be recorded and therefore, points cannot be granted. Nourish Lane Loyalty Program Points cannot be granted retrospectively.

Points Expiry

10. Nourish Lane loyalty and bonus points (if any) will expire 12 months after the date at which they were credited to a member’s account.

Loyalty Program Gift Vouchers

11. Nourish Lane Gift Vouchers will be printed in store the moment the points threshold is reached and a Gift Voucher receipt will be provided to the member.  Online purchases that reach the threshold will be emailed with the Gift Voucher details.

12. The gift voucher points threshold is 10 points. For every 10 Points (including bonus points) accrued within a consecutive 12 month period, these points will automatically be redeemed for a Nourish Lane $10 Gift Voucher. Extra vouchers may also be issued from Nourish Lane from time-to-time.

13. $10 vouchers earned from converting 10 Loyalty Program Points will be valid for six (6) months from the date they are issued.

14. It is the responsibility of the member to note the validity and expiry dates of your Nourish Lane gift vouchers. Expired vouchers will not be re-issued and any remaining value on these vouchers will be forfeited.

15. The redemption value of points may be varied at Nourish Lane’s discretion. Any change shall not affect points issued prior to the date of change. Any change will be notified to you via email and/or SMS.

17. Nourish Lane Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

18. Expired rewards vouchers are not redeemable, and amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.

19. If a purchase exceeds the gift voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options. If the purchase does not exceed the gift voucher amount, the balance of the gift voucher will be remain available on that gift voucher and can be used towards other purchases in the future.  The original expiry date will remain for the balance of any gift vouchers.

20. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed. Nourish Lane does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen rewards vouchers.

21. Nourish Lane reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer of the voucher.

Other Loyalty Program Offers and Rewards

22. From time to time, Nourish Lane may contact members with exclusive offers via email, direct mail, SMS or in-store vouchers. These vouchers will have their own terms and conditions as well as expiry date. Terms and conditions should be located in the offer communication and/or on the voucher itself.

Privacy

23. By applying for and/or using the Nourish Lane Loyalty Program, each member agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Nourish Lane’s privacy policy available on www.nourishlane.com.au. You also consent to us collecting personal information about you, including information relating to the usage of your membership and products purchased by you. This information is collected so that we can send you relevant commercial messaging (marketing). This will allow us to share with you any relevant products or offers we may feel will be of benefit to you, while also providing you with extra value; which is part of being a Loyalty Program member and valued Nourish Lane customer. You can opt out of emails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in the email or sending the request to info@nourishlane.com.au with the heading Unsubscribe.

General Loyalty Program Conditions

24. We ask that you please notify the Nourish Lane on (07) 5530 7677 or at info@nourishlane.com.au if your personal details change.

25. You can check your Loyalty Program Points balance in store or by contacted us on (07) 5530 7677 or at info@nourishlane.com.au.

26. Loyalty Program Points and bonus points (if any) may, at Nourish Lane’s discretion, expire or be cancelled at any time. Members will be provided with 30 days’ notice in such event via email or SMS.

27. To the extent permissible by law, Nourish Lane will not be liable for any errors, omissions delays or disruptions in the operation of the Loyalty Program including products purchased or redeemed, or any losses thereof.

28. Nourish Lane will not be responsible for any errors or delays caused by it or any third party (including third parties who may provide technology or other services to Nourish Lane).

29. Nourish Lane reserves the right to accept or reject any application for the Loyalty Program at its sole discretion (for example, if you have not complied with the program terms and conditions).

30. Nourish Lane reserves the right to, at its discretion, suspend or terminate a Loyalty Program membership for reasons including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any engagement in or suspicion of fraudulent conduct or improper use of the Loyalty Program Points.

31. If a Loyalty Program membership is terminated, the member will not be eligible to receive any vouchers or other rewards for points accrued.

32. Nourish Lane reserves the right to suspend, vary, alter, or amend all or any part of these Terms and Conditions, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time. No suspension, variation, alteration, amendment or termination of these Terms and Conditions or the Loyalty Program will affect any rewards vouchers which have been issued at the time of any alteration, amendment, or termination of the Loyalty Program.

33. We recommend that customers register a valid email address so that relevant information, news and offers can be sent.
